Busicom 162 and Sharp Compet CS-12D service manual query

Hi,
I am fortunate to have just taken on a small collection of early electronic calculators:
- 2x Busicom 162, serial numbers 20046 and PP 52025
- 1x Sharp Compet CS-12D, serial number 91035010

I am unaware of the operational status of any of these machines though the earlier Busicom bears the signs of previous repair activity and the later unit I was informed released some magic smoke about 20 years ago and has not been powered since.

In the interest of preserving and hopefully repairing as may be required, these lovely pieces of history, I would be very grateful to learn how I can obtain a service manual, set of schematics, or even just a list of power supply test point voltages for any or all of these machines.
I would very much prefer not to power any of these machines up 'cold' without being able to isolate and check the power supplies first.

Any help or pointers greatly appreciated.
