I have just uploaded a series of mechanical calculator parts and repair manuals to archive.org.  You can find them at this link:

I have other manuals waiting to be scanned, so I'll be adding more to the same location over the coming weeks.

Also, there is an incredible archive of Monroe manuals uploaded by Robert Baruch at this link:

If you have an old manual that is not uploaded yet, I would encourage you to scan and upload it to add to the online resources.

Mark

Thank you, this is great work!

I have scanned and upload some service manuals too - for European machines mostly. They could be found here:
https://alple.net/manuals/
But they are in Russian.

Wow that's wonderful! I was searching the Olivetti Summa Quanta service manual for years! Thank you so much!

By the way. Have you got manuals for cold-catode Anita and Monroe CSA-10?

Hi Pavel,

The Monroe CAA-10 is a CSA-10 with the addition of a back transfer mechanism.

There are some detailed CAA-10 manuals in the set uploaded by Robert Baruch:

Unfortunately, I don't have any manuals on the Anita.

Hi Pavel,

I have seen your site and you have done a huge amount of work.  You have scanned an entire library of books!

Thanks for all your efforts!

Hi Pavel, you can find some schemes for the ANITA MK 8 in this link: http://www.calculatormuseum.nl/calculators/manuals_nixie_calculators.html
I am also looking for the ANITA MK9 and MK10 schematics.
Best regards,
Antonio

Wow, thank you very much! Finally I can read some more about Marchant machines. I have seen Olivetti service manuals on eBay once but they sold for a premium price. I have service manuals for Cellatron R44SM and Rheinmetall machines but they are in Polish so I don't know if it would be of interest to anyone.

Best regards
Piotr

Thanks for scanning and uploading the manuals. These sort of documents can really make the difference between a hopeless effort to fix a machine, to then being able to get all sorted out nicely.

Thanks a bunch

Hello,
I also started to upload most of my materials on archive.org   You can find them here: https://archive.org/details/@piotr_jachymczyk Unfortunately it is almost all I have, except Addo-X service manual (which soon will be scanned). Slowly archive.org grows into really good depository of those manuals. I really hope that some day there will be Transmatic manual available...

Best regards
Piotr

Thank you very much for uploading these, Piotr!  The Cellatron manual is very helpful, and it's great to be able to highlight the text and run it through Google Translate.  It's great to see so many new manuals on archive.org.  For example, I recently discovered this trove of Olivetti manuals:  https://archive.org/details/@ilvanzo

Let me check to see if I have a Transmatic service manual - if I have it, I'll scan it and upload it for you.  It may be for a lesser Diehl model like the Decima, but the core mechanism will be the same.

Best regards,

Mark

Hello, I just wanted to everyone to know that I uploaded quite a few materials for Addo and Facit machines. They are mostly parts list but I think it is a great help in dismantling and putting together a machine. Unfortunately that is all I have(except part list from Facit 1006/7 which I will upload shortly).
Best regards
Piotr

Bumping this thread as I have recently uploaded about 50 more service manuals to archive.org, including a lot of Friden, Monroe, Hamann and Remington manuals.  Also look at the "favorites" on this page, which includes links to other pages with mechanical calculator manuals on archive.org.

Thanks for uploading. That is a nice collection of manuals. Can anyone point me to user and service manuals for a Monroe Epic-3000?

Thanks, Mark!
Some great information in the "Victor Product and Price Manual", including a large 'Age List' (table of serial numbers) for mechanical Victor, Friden, Remington, Monroe, Marchant, Burroghs, Comptometer and other competitor calculators and adding machines after circa 1930.
