Summer program update ...

Dear Vadeygar,

Hope all is well and everyone is enjoying their summer holidays.

This email is an update related to our summer program activities at vado level.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the following summer programs:

* Summer sports

* Sewing class of kids

* Konkani for kids

* Computer class for adults

 

Please note Monti-Fest practices have started. 

On Saturday 25th July, we had our first practice. Unfortunately the turnout was very low.

A gentle request to all members:

Incase you/kids have registered to take part in Monti-Fest programs and are not away

on vacation, please come for practices and respond to emails saying you will be attending

practices or not. 

We do not want our organizers and volunteers wasting their valuable time

as they are sacrificing their family time sitting at home during kids summer vacations

when others do not turn up for practices. It is not fair to them nor their children.

Keeping that in mind, hoping many will turn up for our next practices and 

will show due diligence in attending practices and replying to emails.
