Integrating with Cold Fusion platform

Hi
I have developed my own CMS written in Cold Fusion and using an SQL
database back end
Wondering if there is any integration performed for Olark in Cold
Fusion that would allow me to seamlessly pass conversation and message
data from Olark chat interface to my cold fusion application so that
each conversation could be stored into the sql database along with the
basic contact information the user supplies as well so it can be
treated as a new potential customer record and their associated
comments recorded against that customer record

Absolutely Claude- you can do this using our Webooks API:
www.olark.com/help/webooks
I think that should get you rolling, let us know if you have any
trouble with it!
