i was at the dentist today across the street from ola and the office person her children go to ola- she told me that sister joann was at the church a couple of weeks ago for the funeral mass of a sister eileen - i asked her when she taught there and what was her religious name to ascertain if i may have known her but she did not know what it may have been - can someone help - charlie next three day weekend - hopefully you are free and we can again visit the nursing home

i wonder if the sister regina leonard is aka sister eileen - sorry to hear that - jeannine - what about lunch on 4/30 which is a saturday and hopefully gene will be off - i will also send a facebook note to kathy and vigi maybe they will be willing to come into queens also - or we can hang out in bellerose - let me know

Last week, Icalled the ola secretary in regard to find any information of possible reception for the Sisters of Charity. The secretary advised me that Sr.Regina Leonard passed away last week- but it was tool late for the funeral or services. and gave me very little information At present, the only one sister living in the convent. The secretary(Angela) advised me that proposed reception was cancelled . Igave my telephone# and suggested call me and let me know any developments.So very sorry to give you very sad news.
