Hey Team,

Please find attached for the FINAL REPORT, PDF Version.
Do spend some time to look through it, and let me know if you spot any mistakes and I will edit the word document accordingly.

I need another pair of eyes to help me look through the content page and make sure the pages stated are accurate. I scanned through a couple of times already, but I will like some confirmation.

The final cut off time for any changes is 10pm TONIGHT, thereafter, Carol will begin printing it. SO PLEASE, spend some time to look through it!

Thanks!!!

Regards,
Chao

Hey team,
I think our appendix should be more consistent. We have to use pseudo codes (not raw executable).

I can agree with that. The formatting is very different for the two.

Is it possible to make them look more similar?

Also, in our appendix it might make more sense to have Delve first, and then FreshDirect since that is the order it appeared in our report.

"Delve is a social newsreader that provides professionals and THE enterprise personalized news aggregation"

I think that THE is a little awkward here. Should it just say enterprise?

For example we are using the Lu, Chu et al pseudo code, then a flow pseudo code for data clearing  but then we use a raw executable code (not pseudo code) for ML.

Chao, guys

Position of third and fourth level of title such as 2.2.4 and 3.3.2.1 are not constant, please check it.

Hi Chao & Team,

Great great work!! Here're two feedbacks.

First, I think some variables expressions in the two equations for the MR model on page 21 and 23 are strange. For example, in "total units", "units" is the subscript of "total". At my first glance, I could only notice "total" without "units". However, "units" is something important to show what exactly is the dependent variable. The same applies to "regular price" where I could only notice regular. It also create a consistency problem with another regression equation on page 35 where we use "PP" instead of "PP factor", "Discount" instead of "Discount factor". Although the equations are for different use, we'd better utilize the name of same variable.

Second, the screenshot picture for dynamic input model and event study model is not quite clear after being enlarged. I took better pictures in the attachment. Chao, could you please update them?

Thanks team!

Best,
Helen

Hey Chao,

Sorry for the late reply. I think it is great work too! I have read the report thoroughly and am convinced with Nick and yours editing. The only thing I want to bring to your attention is that some text has a different color, but probably that will not be an issue when we print the document out.

Best,
Yue
