new source code repository, new 2.0 code base

Hello,

Two big news:
- we've changed the repository from Subversion to Mercurial. This was
a long-time plan and now it has been done.
- we've populated the new 2.0 Profiler base codes in the new repository

First, as far as I know the old codes can be still accessed through
the Subversion link:
svn checkout http://oktech-profiler.googlecode.com/svn/
oktech-profiler-read-only

At the moment the new codebase is not the full extension of the old
one, instrumentation is missing, while the control API and JMX-enabled
interfaces are present. We will work to catch up every old
functionality - and release the new, feature-complete version as soon
as possible.
