new stuff in SVN

Hi,

As we are closing to the 1.1 release, I've updated the SVN. The news:
- separated projects (runtime / reports)
- Maven build
- Instrumentation profiler (a bit less tested yet, it is a rewrite of
our closed source stuff, so there might be some bugs there, but will
test it before release)
- XML report
- Summary for entries in the tree report

Unfortunately there are non-compatible changes here and there:
- the dump format
- some configuration options
- a lot package renaming to reflect the new project separation

There is a lot to do before we are going to release 1.1, e.g. a lot
documentation is required, might be a few more feature, but if you are
interested, you might try the code....
