Good day!

 

For our clients that require docking & repairs in our represented Chinese yards, please see following update;

 

For vessels coming from other countries, many shipyards have changed the quarantine regulation, the below please kindly find the latest COVID regulation at all Chinese Shipyards. As you can see that the quarantine at most areas are getting flexible, we have been requested to inform all of our clients, now repairing vessel in China become easier. 

 

For Supt, now quarantine is changed to 5 days mandatory quarantine at designated hotel + 3 day home quarantine ( instead of previously quarantine 7+3 days ). 

 

For Zhoushan area, the local yards are negotiating with the Government for better Covid regulation, e.g. less quarantine time, no more high risk area, etc. Hopefully the regulation will be changed soon, and we shall keep you posted on any further updates we get.

Quarantine + PCR tests	Comments
0+2	Previously requested 14 days quarantine and now no quarantine at Shanhaiguan. PCR test at the 1st Chinese port is necessary. If vessel departs from last foreign port is less than 14 days, yard will arrange special team to work in E/R and accommodation area, and all the persons shall take PCR test everyday until 14 days is fullfilled.
14+2	Same as previous regulation, no changes
5+3	Previously requested 7 days quarantine and now reduced to 5 days
5	Vessel comes from foreign ports request 3 PCR  for crew and 1 PCR for environment Vessel comes from domestic port and with PCR report at 1st Chinese port, then request 2 PCR for crew and 1 PCR for environment
5+3	Previously requested 7 days quarantine and now reduced to 5 days
5+3	Previously requested 7 days quarantine and now reduced to 5 days
5+3	Previously requested 7 days quarantine and now reduced to 5 days
7+3	if crew change then need 21 days quarantine
11+3	Theoretically vessel can enter yard without any quarantine, but realistically yard can only start the job after 11+3 days.
7+3	Same as previous regulation, no changes
7+3	Previously India was considered as high rigk area, now no High risk area anymore
14+2	High risk area: Indonesia Japan Philippines Brazil Russia If vessel comes from above risk area requests 21+2 days quarantine, if crew change then need 28 days quarantine
7+2	Previously requested 14 days quarantine and now reduced to 7 days
7+1	Same as previous regulation, no changes
0+8	Yard not able to accommodate vessel over 200M until Mar 2023 due to COVID regulation Nucleic acid test shall be arranged at last Chinese port, if not application, then 3 times (once a day) antigen test must be arranged for all crews before entering the yard. After entering, vessel will get alongside for 8 days and have 6 times antigen test at day 1/2/3/5/7/8 before carrying out jobs.
