There seems to be a lot of confusion lately about who the leaders of
the project are and what their roles are. I'm putting together this
message to help clarify the structure of the top-level of the project
and what's going on behind the scenes.
Together, we will be comprising the heads of different committees,
each with a distinct purpose with relation to the goals of this
project. This group we are calling the Steering Committee, and it's
goals are to help guide and direct the project towards the final goal
of producing a successful product.
The members of this group are (in alphabetical order):
Andrew
Jim
John
Spy der Mann (spydermann)
Nano
Nathan
Zeb
Everyone on this committee already has an @okopipi.org email address
of their handle.at.okopipi.dot.org
For more information on the steering committee, please check out the
page on the steering committee at: http://wiki.okopipi.org/wiki/
Steering_committee
Although it may not look like it, there has been a lot of discussion
among the lead members behind the scenes on getting things better
organized with regards to the human aspect of this project.
Plan on seeing several new committees begin to show themselves in the
upcoming week, hopefully helping to end some of the confusion about
the heads of the project.
