When I contacted Adobe chat, apart from having to be transferred to a 2nd & 3rd agent they were SLOOOOOOW, about 3 minutes between each reply. Not only that they put the blame on the windows USER ACCOUNT and told me to contact microsoft. Don't hold your breath waiting for a codec from them, use sagethumbs instaed.
Now the next issue. Will Sage Thumbs be adding Canon CR3 support because it seems both microsoft and Canon are not going to bother?
Sagethumbs works here on most of them. Is ghostscript working? Try gsview on one and see if it displays it. If it does, ghostscript probably is working and sagethumbs should too. Eps files can include a prievew, which I think sagethumbs goes to first. But is there is no built in preview, that is when ghostscript is supposed to step up and make one.
