[okl4-developer] multi cell resource allocation

Please let me know where I can find guidance on defining resources for use
across multiple cells: heap size, kernel heap, virtual address, physical
address, clists, mutexes, spaces, serial_driver...
I can get three cells working and talking but not 4.
Please let me know where in the documentation this is addressed.

Could you let me know how you make three cells working? I'm stuck in here.

Currently I know the Sconscript contains heap size, but address and other things I can't deal with them.
