Dear all,

First of all thanks for joining. Great to see so many of you already here in just a few weeks!

If you have some time, it would be great to get your opinion on the following idea: Task Force sessions.
Every week, we pick out a task from the list, gather people interested in doing this task, find a time that works, and work on it for a few hours, preferably with for example a working group coordinator who can assist..

Now first of all, I am wondering if you think this would be something you are interested in.
Secondly, it would be great to gather some feedback from you before I start to unroll this plan. In the first weekend of February, I will meet with most of the Working Group coordinators so this will be a great opportunity to further discuss ideas and see how we can work together.

Looking forward to your comments!

Best,

Joris

Just saying for me ;-)

I think this is a great idea and would be up for contributing.

From past experience having a 2h slot around 5-7pm GMT can work quite
well as people can drop in. We used to irc but having google hangout
or similar (+ irc for fallback) would be nicer i imagine.

These sessions sound good, indeed. Question is whether to do them during the week-end. This might be a good option as many community calls happen during the weekdays...

Thanks :)
