Many of you will probably know the Open Data Handbook [1]. This handbook "introduces you to the legal, social and technical aspects of open data." Ever since its release, many teams have been working on translations. Every now and then, a new translation is finished (right now Lithuanian and Hebrew) which needs to be uploaded. We are therefore looking for a person who would be willing to help us with that. The detailed instructions how to do it can be found on the Github page [2]. As most languages are already covered, only occasionally new translations come in.

Would any of you be interested in helping out with this task? that would be great! Please respond to this message.

Hi everybody,

At the moment, quite a few translations of the Open Data Handbook have been finalised. However, not all of them are yet to be found on opendatahandbook.com

In order to get this done Rufus will give a tutorial how to get the text out of the translation program and into the site with the use of Sphinx.
It would be great if some of you could join to make sure all these great translation efforts can be shared with as much people as possible!

The tutorial is tomorrow (tuesday the 26th) at 18:00 GMT. Let me know if you want to join and I can invite you to the hangout.

Hope to speak tomorrow!

Joris
