This Handbook is a collaborative project, led by volunteers from the Open Knowledge Foundation's Open Science Working Group and many other contributors.

The content of the Handbook is crowdsourced, and is being drafted over a series of online and offline events.
An initial outline for the Handbook was created at an Open Science Hackday in July 2012, and fleshed out during OKFest in September 2012. We are still drafting, and anyone is welcome to contribute at any time!
