Logging operator - licence

Hello,

I would like to proceed with instalation of CLO described here: https://docs.okd.io/4.10/logging/cluster-logging-deploying.html

But I'm not sure about licencing of this project.

As per my research:

ECK is licenced by Elastic 2.0

CLO is on Apache 2.0

To proceed with instalation I have to import redhat-operators/certified-operators index images on GPLv2+ licence. (they're missing in okd)

But on RH page concerning those index images I see Terms& conditions alert. (Before download or using this Container, you must agree to the Red Hat subscription agreement [...])

Are those projects can be used without any charge? Is there any document which describe ToS of Redhat index images or logging package?
