request for comments: adding deployment guides to okd.io

hey all,

we've been working for the last several weeks on getting the okd deployment and configuration guides merged into the okd.io website. at our last docs working group meeting, the group reviewed a PR[0] i have to make this addition.

the docs group is ready to merge this change into the main site, but we wanted to give the community time to respond before making the change. any comments welcome on the PR, thanks =)
