CRC with okd preset

Hi,

I am one of the developer for CRC project[0] and with current release
we put effort to upgrade OKD bundle and also make it as preset so user
can try it with existing binary instead creating separate crc binary
for OCP and OKD side. We put a blogpost[1] around the same. Please do
try it out and let us know if you have any suggestions/issue/feedback.
