Xliff2 conversion runs on error "jakarta/xml/bind/JAXBException"

Hi, 

I am trying to use Okapi to convert some basic XML files to XLIFF2. Every time I get this error:

ERROR: jakarta/xml/bind/JAXBException

Error count: 1, Warning count: 0
Process duration: 0h 0m 0s 18ms
=== End process

It happens even with simple sample XML files run through the default XML filter. 

I installed JAVA 20 (I guess that should satisfy the need of version 1.8 or higher). 

I have the latest distribution of Okapi for Windows 64. 

I start Rainbow via the rainbow.exe. I drop the sample XML file on to it. I choose the Utilities > Translation Kit Creation and change the last step setting to XLIFF v2 (Beta). 

Please help me understand, what I am doing wrong, or how I can troubleshoot this.
