Likely dropping 32-bit support

Hi all,

We are contemplating dropping support for the 32-bit builds of the Okapi tools and artifacts, for the next release.

Very few people (if any are still on 32-bit machines), so there is no real reason to continue support for those build.

If you are using the 32-bit versions and are on a 64-bit machine, you should probably simply switch.

Please, let us know if you see an issue with this.
