How to extract fractions from Word file

Dear all,

Is there any option I can add to an okf_o...@foo.fprm file in order to extract a text box containing a fraction?

Sample attached. See how option A is not extracted, I get:
  • How many hours does it take the car to travel from Province A to Province B?
  • A.
  • B.
  • 5
  • C.
  • 40
  • D.
  • 160
