Rainbow does not create "dictionary" folder in OmegaT project

Dear all,

When I prepare a file in Rainbow as an OmegaT project (for which I do Utilities > Translation Kit Creation > Package format: OmegaT project), the project is created fine but the dictionary folder is always missing.

OmegaT complains when a project subfolder is missing.

It should be fairly trivial to fix this but please let me know if I should write a ticket.
