Problem when comparing files

Hello everybody,

I am trying to compare two documents for the edit effort in Brazilian Portuguese, and I always receive the message that the files are desynchronized, but they aren't, I think. I have checked with different formats and the problem still persists. I am attaching the files.

I am using okapi-apps_win32-x86_1.40.0.

Any hint about the problem behind?
