J: decided to go for a full release.
.. almost as easy as the mven-only.
.. all done, normally. Site updated.
.. did not check if 1.49.0-SNAPSHOT is deployed
.. Recall some issues with the sonatype.
.. used a tag for 1.48.0 for the release on Sonatype, but it failed.
.. not sure what is the issue.
.. the error was at the deployment level. The tag is there. That’s the release job that failed.
.. failed while publishing.
.. the snapshot 1.49.0-SNAPSHOT publishing seems to have worked.
.. Maybe Denis can help for this deployment problem?
.. will try to follow up with this error.
.. but can’t even log in Sonatype for now.
.. maybe some kind of manual approval is needed now.

1.49.0-SNAPSHOT is on v17: compile and source. We can now use any 17 new
EOL for v17 is 2027-10 (https://javaalmanac.io/jdk/)
J: swt is always an issue.

J: versioning. Maybe we need a policy about how we update the SNAPSHOT.
.. at the low level (e.g. at the filter component) would be nice, but quite painfull.
.. need to follow the semantic versioning.
.. all boils down to a very simple (push-button) way to do a new release.
