bitbucket enforcing 5 user limit? Can't push code...

Has anyone else seen this? Not sure if bitbucket just started to enforce
restrictions or if they changed policy. Do we need to delete users? I
went through and removed a few that were obliviously old. But we would
have to delete more.

I fixed the problem, but unfortunately I had to remove a lot of users.
Since we mostly work with PR's then maybe this won't be a big deal. Let
me know if this causes problems for anybody. If there were duplicate
users I removed all but one (hopefully the most used email).
