Denis: found inconsistencies with XLIFF filter, with negative ID.
.. failures are in the integration tests.
Denis: will try to make it a priority.
This seems to be the last remaining issue before we can release.
Jim said charEx PR can be done after realease

We should go to the next LTS. 17 and 21 are LTS.
We will move after the release 1.48.0

K: OmegaT 6 is OK with v17. (“stable” version but not quite that stable)
.. but OmegaT 5 which is what we use is on v11 so it could be a problem.
