Would anybody be opposed to doing a Maven only release? I am working very limited hours but may be able to put together a release So that at least we can increment the snapshot number.
I just don't have the time to look at more sophisticated versioning techniques like we discussed. But I think getting a true release out, at least for the Maven artifacts, is a step forward.

Hi Jim,
Can you detail more what you mean by Maven-only release?
Do you mean everything that we normally deploy as a maven artifacts, i.e. mostly libraries, not having the downloadable zip files (for example like those files for 1.47.0: https://okapiframework.org/binaries/main/1.47.0/)?
Cheers,

Hi Yves! Yes, that is correct. I would like to be able to do an artifact-only release 1.48.0, creating a new snapshot version 1.49.0-SNAPSHOT.
There are a few outstanding bugs that I would like to see if Dennis can fix for us before the release.

I would also try to do as much testing as possible just to make sure that we don't have any obvious regressions or new bugs introduced.
Jim
