There is still one openxml PR ("initial code for supporting chartEx") we would like to get done. But if Denis doesn't have time then I think we can move forward with the release for 1.48.0

Denis: found inconsistencies with XLIFF filter, with negative ID.
.. failures are in the integration tests.
Denis: will try to make it a priority.
This seems to be the last remaining issue before we can release.
