Java 17

Hello everyone,

 

Since a while, one of the topics at the monthly calls has been about moving Okapi to Java 17.

Currently we target 11 (and also compile to 17).

The idea is to move to 17 after the next release.

 

From the discussions, it seems all the main contributors are OK to move to 17.

If you see an issue with such change, please post your concern so it can be taken into account.
