jakarta/xml/bind/JAXBException when writing out rainbow kit with XLIFF2

I was trying to extract a file to XLIFF 2.0 in Rainbow, using this pipeline:

1. Raw Document to Filter Events
2. Rainbow Translation Kit Creation
• Type of package to Create: "XLIFF v2 (Beta)

When I execute it, I get this output:

Error count: 1, Warning count: 0

Has anyone seen this?

I know we have seen this in the past. I can reproduce the same issues on my Mate Distro. Something to do with how java 9 modules (many old packages are now modules) are configured during the build.

BTW we should remove the (BETA) tag for the xliff 2.
