gitlab integration test failures....

I tried to fix the gitlab integration test failures. The error is:

Could not find artifact
net.sf.okapi.lib:okapi-lib-serialization:jar:1.44.0-SNAPSHOT

Not sure why this is a problem for the gitlab build - I've tried a
pristine build on my side (removing local .m2) and I don't have any
issues with a full build. Must be some issue with the docker image.

If anyone has any ideas they would be appreciated!
