Looks like out GitLab builds are failing because they cannot deploy the artifacts and that is caused by some permission problem:
401 Content access is protected by token.

 

Are we missing some needed updates in the deployment mechanism?

Seems to be working now. I switched out the username and password for the sontype generated tokens. These are now exposed in our settings.xml file - but this is the method they suggest using.
