So BETA pushed **tentatively** to next week.

This may or may not postpone the Beta.
J: Sergei has good points
.. but this may be too late to do it
.. basic rules seem ok for ND.
Y: what about using the XMLWriter for new XML files?
J: Sergei suggested saving the original LB type.
.. probably for the new designed.
.. Sergei probably added that to the compare for the tests.

J: Internal testing we doing.
.. do extraction/segmentation/merger normal on files and with streams-only
.. still some golden files to be tweaked probably.
.. streams are easier because that decouple the data from the original data storage
.. xliff-kit may be used to return a standalone package as stream.
Y: we have not used it so far.
J: will need to look at it more closely.

Y: may want to decouple some of the packages to sub-project (like OmegaT-plugin)
J: same for other packages
.. may be able to do full maven builds (without Ant)
.. and SWT seems to be on the main maven repo now.
.. not for M25, but after yes.
.. current sdk helps a lot to deploy
