Convicted felon Steven Craig Horn was released from the Oklahoma County Jail on or about August 2, 2008
and is currently roaming the streets of Oklahoma City with a cache of 40 guns thanks to soft on crime and
woman hater Judge Ray C. Elliott who refused to administer the legal limit of prison incarceration. Horn
served about 4 months of a 9 month sentence in the county jail instead of serving up to twenty years for
both of his felony convictions which Horn plead guilty to.
