Convicted criminal Steven Craig Horn aka Caduceus now threatens to kill WordPress blogger.
Previously Steven Craig Horn has threatened a woman and her two under aged sons with death
as well as a police detective and let us not forget a judge and a policeman in Texas. All
detailed below.

Caduceus Says: (November 27, 2008 at 9:28 pm) "I know where you live raghead. I know you phone number you
stupid doon coon. I know where your family is at. You shouldn’t joke about dying American Service Men you
dumb ass sand nigger. I have a Ruger P90 .45 automatic with 10 bullets with your name on them Raghead.
I’m GOD, I decide who lives and who dies and you die raghead. You’re a dead doon coon walking."

The above is only another incidence of convicted felon Steven Craig Horn making death threats and here
is Horn's local Oklahoma City newspaper reporting on Horn threatening others with shooting deaths:

"40-gun cache Steven Craig Horn: “Remember I’m GOD. I decide who lives and who dies and your two boys
die.” & “Remember I have a .45 automatic and can take your b…..d sons out.” & “I am God, and I also still
have my Ruger P-90 and it has a bullet with your name on it.”

The Oklahoma County Court docket documents criminal Steven Craig Horn as being administered psychiatric
meds by Dr. Randhawa, a psychiatrist, on April 3, 2008 and Steven Craig Horn being led off for temporary
commitment by the sheriff on April 9, 2008.

More info on Dr. Randhawa:

"Dr. Randhawa practices Psychiatry in Bethany and Oklahoma City,

an MD and she graduated 36 years ago."

"Dr. Randhawa is the Medical Director of CNS Research at the Institute. She obtained her
medical degree from India and received her training in General Psychiatry at the University
of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. During Dr. Randhawa’s residency, she served as the
Chief Resident of the Psychiatry program. She has had past experience in emergency psychiatry
and psychiatry research. Currently, Dr. Randhawa is in private practice in Oklahoma City while
working in community psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry."

Should someone who was administered psychiatric medications and being temporarily committed while in jail
be allowed to own/posess firearms and especially after being documented as saying such lunatic statements
as: “Remember I’m GOD. I decide who lives and who dies and your two boys die.” & “Remember I have a .45
automatic and can take your b…..d sons out.” & “I am God, and I also still have my Ruger P-90 and it has
a bullet with your name on it.”

Convicted felon Steven Craig Horn was released from the Oklahoma County Jail on or about August 2, 2008
and is currently roaming the streets of Oklahoma City with a cache of 40 guns thanks to soft on crime and
woman hater Judge Ray C. Elliott who refused to administer the legal limit of prison incarceration. Horn
served about 4 months of a 9 month sentence in the county jail instead of serving up to twenty years for
both of his felony convictions which Horn plead guilty to.
