Lead Java Developer Opening

I am seeking a Lead Java Developer for a perm, fulltime opening in my Kearney, NE facility. The ideal candidate would be living fulltime in Kearney, NE….however we are open to looking at candidates with the correct skill set who reside elsewhere in Nebraska. You would need to drive to the Kearney office when needed.
My company has had 11 consecutive years of revenue growth, and we opened our Kearney QA/Development center in 2006. Since that time is has doubled in size and we expect the same to happen in 2010.
We need someone who can manage, lead and grow a Java development team from the ground up. You will be working with both onshore and offshore resources. We have a major initiative underway supporting an international, billion dollar client. You will have responsibilities over 10-15 various web-based applications (all Java/J2EE). The beginning phase will be mostly support and maintenance of these apps, however as the project team grows, you will manage new development and enhancements.
This position is the top priority in my company at this time. Salary is open and we will offer a cash referral if you send someone to us and we hire them.
