New OpenJUMP HoRAE release - Feb 2013

Dear HoRAE users,

yesterday we have released a new version of OpenJUMP HoRAE.

The following things have been added/changed:

- a new function to extract time attributes from DATE fields, including unique days,

- an extension of the MCP method, to allow the selection of subsets of points based on distance to the point cloud centre,

- addition of the Potential Path Area / Geo-Ellipse method described by Long and Nelson (2012),

- addition of a new CSV/TXT file reader,

- revisions of the user guide,

- update to OpenJUMP version RC 1.6 and Sextante version 1.0.
