Fixed broken Download Links for OpenJUMP HoRAE

Hi all,
So, it turns out that the provider where I hosted the files did stop file sharing services for personal files :(
Now I changed the download link to a different location on the wiki/webpage, i.e to http://www.geo.uzh.ch/~sstein/ojhorae/openjump171plus_moveantools_oct2014.zip
However, I still have to move other files to this new (or eventually another) server. Hence, if you wanted to download any other HoRAE related documentation etc. and the link is broken, then please let me know. Otherwise I hope to identify and fix the broken links until end of next week.
