jdk11 is a long term release that is planned to be updated in this
project up to October 2024.

This release contains changes from OpenJDK Vulnerability Advisory 2020/10/20:

It also contains an additional bugfixe that was included on top of 11.0.9:

Note, that, while internal version (reported by java -version) is
11.0.9.1+1, artifact names (and also versions in installer and in some
of PE binaries) uses 11.0.9.11-2 version to not cause problems with
version comparison on update.
