GAO-13-818R re solicitation req's per Reg D of the JOBS Act, has a problem. It amends Rule 114A of the Securities Act of 1993, repeatedly, instead of Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933. This isn't a minor typo error. It has been widely disseminated online as law.
