The following is a summary of the Seminole, Oklahoma Oil Project:

Patriot Financial Group hereby offers a 15% Working Interest and a
11.25% Net Revenue Interest in the Tigershark # 1 well for the full and
final cost of $300,000. Partial interests are available. The well has
already been drilled and should produce up to 200 barrels/day for the
next 75 years. There are 300 acres in the Area of Mutual Interest and
the 15% interest is also attached to any subsequent wells to be drilled
in the AMI.

H-Petro-R will act as the operator of the project.
