To all 4th Grade Parents,

As you know the end of the school year is drawing near which means our 5th graders will be moving on to middle school (gulp!).

It is an Ohlone tradition for a few 4th grade parents to set-up and provide refreshments for the 5th grade promotion ceremony.  The refreshments are very simple-can be fruit, water/lemonade.  All the supplies (tablecloths, drink dispensers, cups, plates) are in the PTA shed, only the fruit/food needs to be purchased. The ceremony is on Wednesday, June 6. The set-up would need to happen that morning before the ceremony begins around 10am.
