Summer Camp and cell-phone use

Good evening,

Last Tuesday evening at the end of the Scout Meeting, we announced that we are prohibiting all cell-phone use for the entire week of Summer Camp. 

We have since “softened” that stance. 

We are now allowing cell-phone use during Siesta each day of Summer Camp.  Siesta time each day at Summer Camp is from 1 to 2pm each weekday.
