Camp-out RSVP for this weekend - 11/07

Good evening,
Since we did not have a Scout Meeting last night, I decided to send out this email this evening concerning this weekend's camp-out.
Please be at the Scout Hall at 5:30pm this Friday-night, 11/07 to help finish the packing required for our Trailer - and, we will leave the parking lot at about 6:00pm to then drive to Camp Tuscazoar / Stone Lodge.
On the next day at about 1:45pm-ish, we will have our Thanksgiving Dinner at Stone Lodge.
-and then, soon after the Dinner, we will be having our "2025 Fall Court of Honor" -that "Court of Honor" will begin at a time conducive for parents/guests to still be able to drive home before sunset.
Pickup-time Sunday morning at the Scout Hall is -> 9:00 am
Weather this weekend ? -as of today, Wednesday.
Friday-night = 43-degrees and 40% chance of rain.
Saturday = 54-degrees and slight chance of rain in the afternoon.
Sunday morning = 40-degrees and 60% chance of rain
Scouts should dress warm and bring rain gear for the weekend.
Can you rsvp to me to tell me if your Scout is attending this weekend's camp-out please ?
