Troop 35 Medical Forms for Summer Camp are (PAST!) due

Thank-you to everyone who has turned in their medical form.

I have medical forms for the following scouts and leaders.

If your name is not on the list and you are planning on going to camp, you have to turn in your medical form.

And when you turn in your form, please be sure to include a photocopy of the insurance card that covers the camper.

That also is required.
