I have come across the discharge papers of a Horace L. Atkin - He was a Corporal in Company F of the 9th Ohio Cavalry Regiment. Along with the discharge paper I have a photograph of him. I would like to return these to his family. However, I have no clue how to track them down. Perhaps if I knew where Horace Atkin lived that would be a good start.
