RapidSMS setup for HIMMS planning sesion

Hi All,

As discussed on the connect-a-thon call today it would be helpful to get RapidSMS setup for the HIMMS showcase planning session at the connect-a-thon. Here is the information we received from pivot to set it up:

You can download and setup the source code project, currently available on the following url:

To install and setup the projects follow the link below:

The task we are stuck on is that the database dump which seems to be in the rheadb.sql.gz file in the source code repository seems to be corrupt.

I also wrote some notes as I was going through the install that may be useful. I've attached these.
