Nick was amazing on our wedding day and made us feel so at ease, he was able to strike the perfect balance between creating a relaxed and laid back atmosphere yet still made sure that we were efficient in getting in all the locations and shots we wanted. We absolutely love our photos and the way he captured so many special moments so naturally, capturing our style and emotion beautifully! Thank you, you did an incredible job!

On the day Nicks calm persona made the photos fun and easy and we love that he was willing to add confetti and smoke to our photos as well as do some photos at night too.. We can not recommend Nick highly enough. Nick, thank you so much!

Nick Skinner, one of Melbourne's best wedding photographers! We had this legend photograph our wedding last month and cannot recommend him enough! He captured all of the emotions of our big day so perfectly in a way we couldn't have even asked for. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, Nick is the one you want!

We could not love our photos any more! Nick was fantastic on the day, super flexible and came up with great shots. We ended up with a beautiful album and photos we absolutely love. I would highly recommend using Nick for your special day!

Campbell Skinner Photography is based in Greenock, Scotland. The website has been set up to meet demand for my images. The site is currently under development and over the next couple of months we will update the site so please visit often to see the changes and new images. Please contact me on campbell...@gmail.com to discuss any specific needs if not already available.

I am are still developing the website which is taking longer than expected. The intention is to continue to add Concert and Sports photography to the site along with pictures from my recent exhibition held in Greenock. I will then develop other areas of the site during the summer months including Landscapes, Natural History and Event Work.

I started on my photographic journey at the tender age of 10. My first real camera was a 110 film camera given to me by my grandparents right before taking a trip to Belgium with them. I still have all of the photos from that trip. From that point on, I fell in love with photography. I have had many film/digital point and shoot cameras as well as taking pictures with my phones over the years. I started with my first DSLR in 2017 and I'm loving it.

For the last few years, I've been absorbing as much information about photography as I can. It has been through in-person classes taken at the local City Arts and various online courses and webinars. I plan to continue my education to keep growing in my chosen profession.

I have now photographed all 105 Kansas Counties, as of October 2020, for my Travel Kansas blog. It took three long years. I have finished editing and writing the blogs. A lot of planning went into my trips before hand, but sometimes things happened and I couldn't see or get into places that I'd planned for. When that happened I said "c'est la vie" and went to find something else to photograph. That's the nature of the beast. Eventually I'll be publishing a "coffee table" book.

I worked on my tarot deck for 11 months. I started in November of 2022 and completed the Mystic Fantasy Tarot deck October of 2023. It is available for purchase in my online store Melisa's Cards and Whatnot. The link to the store is in the menu.

Here's an example of exhibition videography: a virtual tour of the recent exhibition, Symphony of Lights: An Exploration of Stained-Glass Windows in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, London, ON. In February, the Artlab Gallery at Western University exhibited this exploration of stained-glass Windows in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, London, ON. This project was co-curated by PhD candidate Iraboty Kazi and MFA student Anah Gonzlez, and edited by Dr. C. Cody Barteet. It featured photographs, sound recordings and immersive installations by Anah Gonzlez taken in St. John the Evangelist Church. In this video tour of the exhibition, Anah shares her corresponding artist's text, "Partnership with the Sun."

Note: Prentice brothers was an industrial equipment manufacturer based in Worcester, MA, in the 19th and 20th centuries. They were well known for the quality of their instruments. The frame of this photograph is curiously oriented upside-down despite being branded with the Prentice Brothers name which one would think would have been intended to be read by the viewer.

Tom's broader research is centred around visual-anthropological methodology, utilising multimodal media as a means for ethnographic research, while also understanding the visual document as a site for anthropological enquiry.

This image is of a 100+ foot tall Ponderosa Pine in Leidig Meadow in Yosemite Valley, across from Camp 4. Rock climbers' legend says that Muir climbed this tree in 1869 during a lightning storm. However, it is extremely doubtful that Muir would climb a tree during a lightning storm, despite the risks he often took in mountain climbing. He was a risk-taker, but not stupid. It is likely that this doubtful legend is confusing the true story of Muir climbing a Douglas Fir in 1874, far from Yosemite, up in the Yuba River country, during a wind storm, not a lightning storm. Andy Skinner took this beautiful photo of the tree, Moonbeams Lance through the "John Muir Tree," in January 6, 2006. Home Alphabetical Index What's New
