Made a last minute decision this morning to fly Bingen and turned out fantastic.  A lot of blue skies and fluffy clouds forming at 3,500 ft while flying in perfect windspeed and direction. Arrived launch at 1pm,  conditions as predicted which was blowing about 15+mph at the LZ and 23+mph at launch with white capes on the river. I launch at 2pm in about 15 to 18 mph wind, got up to 3,000 ft quickly all in smooth lifts. Windspeed dropped down to 10 to 15 mph after 3pm. I landed at 4 in 5-8 mph super smooth air. I'll share photos and video on my Facebook later.

A few hangs will be at Cliffside tomorrow, forecast looks promising.

Good in valley with the trike. Great lift and clouds with cloudbase going from 2000 to 3000 ft quickly. Maybe some Newberg pgers flew later in the SSW winds? Ray
