I talked with Susan Wheeler Woods (Property Owner/manager of Peterson butte) the site today. She said we’re all good to open Peterson for flying for the season! All the normal rules apply no dogs, no fireworks, no smoking, you must have a current USHPA membership to fly there. Be cool to both the people and animals you meet along the road. The gate code for the season is 9433. Please lock both the chain and  close the gate each time you enter through it. Do not leave it open. If it’s your first time to visit PB, read through the site guide and give a shout.  There are many that would be happy to show you around.

Thanks Neil. I’m looking forward to flying Peterson Butte. If anyone is going please post here. I’d like to get a site intro.  I now live in Corvallis so it’s handy for me.
